My training was obtained at Pitt Community College in Greenville, NC and Carteret Community College in Morehead City, NC.  I received an Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage.  My training includes: Swedish/Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, IASTM and Clinical/Medical Massage.  I am state licensed in North Carolina.  I am a certified Medical Massage Practitioner.     

Trying to educate my local community about massage and its benefits is something I do with great pride. Some of the activities I've been a part of are:  Jacksonville Business Expo, Miracle Meadows Benefit Rodeo and  Treat Yourself Right Day for city employees.

My memberships include Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

I also obtained a B.A. in Psychology from East Carolina University and a M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

INTEREST/HOBBIES:

Most things outside, such as: horseback riding, rock/wall climbing, camping, hiking, running, gardening and swimming (in/out doors). I attend a gym for weightlifting and cardio workouts.  I also enjoy traveling and reading for pleasure and for learning.
